Winema (Nena) Huitt Weeks is a
enrolled member of the Klamath Tribes of Chiloquin Oregon, she is also Northern
Paiute, from Oregon, near the Califonia, Oregon Border. She is a traditional
dancer, grandmother and mother. She has been beading for over thirty
years, her style is of the Columbia Plateau region. For the last year she
has been living with her husband on the Fort Peck Assiniboine / Sioux
reservation in north east Montana..learning the Assiniboine and Sioux style
beading.
